Marianne Øvrebø Nordgård

Head of People & Organisation

Marianne Øvrebø Nordgård leads the People and Organisation agenda in Storebrand Asset Management, a role she has held since 2023. She was previously Head of People at SKAGEN Funds, which she joined in 2010. She is responsible for building high-performing teams, strengthening leadership, and supporting the firm’s continued growth and transformation across markets and brands.

She works closely with the executive team to translate strategy into organisational capability, including M&A, integration, and international operations across multiple jurisdictions, subsidiaries, and brands.

She is a member of the Group People, Brand & Communication leadership team, contributing to the broader People and organisational agenda across Storebrand.

Nordgård holds a Cand.Mag degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Bergen and has completed an Executive Management Programme at the University of St. Gallen.
