Member of the Nomination Committee
Two of the current members, Jon Terje Øverland and Bjarne Refsnes, were elected for two years at the 2022 Election Meeting. Both are therefore up for election this year. Terje Øverland has announced that he does not want re-election for a new term. The board of the management company's recommendation is that Bjarne Refsnes be re-elected for a new two-year term and that Lars Larsen be elected as a new member for a period of two years.
Please note that unit owners may submit proposals for possible candidates for the position of unitholder-elected board members to the nomination committee in accordance with the deadline stated below.
