Sara Thea von Zernichow Sponheim

Head of Operations

Sara Thea von Zernichow Sponheim is Head of Operations at Storebrand AM. She is responsible for delivering high-quality client experience and developing a scalable operational platform. Sara Thea leads both client and investment operations, product management, company governance and business development. She is also Storebrand Asset Management’s appointed Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and serves on the Board of Quantfolio AS.

Sara Thea joined Storebrand in 2007 and has held various leadership positions within the company. With a background from project management and a focus on digitalisation and strategic development, Sara Thea has led several key transformation initiatives across the organisation.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Lancaster University.
