Hans Thrane Nielsen is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Norwegian Equity team, where he is the lead portfolio manager for the Storebrand Norge and Storebrand Norge Institusjon equity funds.
He joined Storebrand Asset Management in 1998. Before joining the company, he worked for Equinor for four years and at Viz Risk Management for half a year.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom, HAE) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and completed officer training at the Royal Norwegian Navy’s NCO School (BSMA).
