Amendments to the Articles of Association proposed for Storebrand Global Obligasjon

Date:

The management company convenes a unit holders' meeting on 17 November 2026

Storebrand Asset Management AS, which is the management company for Storebrand Global Obligasjon, proposes to change the articles of association so that the fund can invest up to 100% of its assets in securities issued or guaranteed by the US, compared to the current limit of 35%. The change is intended to facilitate closer alignment with the benchmark index, but at the same time allows for increased concentration towards the US, with a requirement for a spread of at least six different issues and a maximum of 30% in a single issue.

Implementation is subject to the approval of the unit holders and approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, and the management company will therefore convene a unit owner meeting on 17 November. If you are a unit holder, you do not need to do anything, but we recommend that you exercise your right to vote. You can already cast your advance vote, either by logging in on your own pages, or by filling in and returning the voting slip (stemmeseddel).
