Sondre Gullord GraffSondre is an experienced leader with strategic and financial governance experience from roles spanning electrical engineering, technology and consultancy. He currently serves as CFO at sensiBel, where he plays a key role in commercializing the world’s first optical Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) microphone for mass-market adoption, having previously held CFO roles in technology-driven companies since 2016. Sondre is a board member of Storebrand Asset Management and formerly held board positions at RS Noatun and Securmark Scandinavia AS. He began his career in management consulting, where he developed deep expertise in operational strategy, performance improvement and organizational development.
