Head of Real Estate

Truls Nergaard is Head of Real Estate at Storebrand AM with responsibility for investments, sales and portfolio developments, as well as growth initiatives and sustainability within real estate. He also serves on several Boards, including Capital Investments AS, Nordic Real Estate Holding AS, Storebrand AIF AS and Økern Sentrum Eiendom AS.

Since joining Storebrand in 2010 as CEO of Storebrand Bank, Nergaard has held a number of managerial positions within the company and brings extensive experience from large financial institutions in Norway and abroad, both within corporate- and investment banking.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
