Proposal to merge Storebrand Global Solutions Valutasikret

>

Storebrand Asset Management AS (Storebrand AM) hereby convenes a unitholders’ meeting on Friday, 24 April, regarding the proposal to merge Storebrand Global Solutions Valutasikret with Storebrand Global Solutions.

Agenda item:

Merger of Storebrand Global Solutions Valutasikret with Storebrand Global Solutions (absorbing fund)

Background for the merger:

Storebrand AM aims to make adjustments to its fund offering in order to simplify and streamline the product range. Storebrand Global Solutions Valutasikret has low assets under management and has experienced limited demand. The proposal is therefore to merge the UCITS fund Storebrand Global Solutions Valutasikret (the merging fund) into the UCITS fund Storebrand Global Solutions (the absorbing fund).

Implementation of the merger:

The merger has been approved by the Board of Directors of Storebrand and by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, but requires approval from the unitholders of both funds by a majority of at least 75% of the votes. Storebrand therefore convenes a unitholders’ meeting on 24 April 2026.

For further information, please see the letters to the unitholders of the funds:
