Spiros Alan Stathacopoulos

Head of International Distribution

Spiros Alan Stathacopoulos is Head of International Distribution at Storebrand AM, based in Oslo. He joined the company in 2017 as Director of International Business Development from Danske Bank, where Stathacopoulos led the Norwegian wealth management team. He was previously Director of International Strategy and Clients at DNB Asset Management and is also an authorised financial adviser in Norway.

Stathacopoulos began his asset management career in Edinburgh in 2000 and has worked for firms including Blairlogie Capital Management, Britannic Asset Management and Resolution (now Aberdeen Investments).

He speaks fluent Greek, English, French and Norwegian, and holds an MA in Economics and an MSc in International Banking and Financial Studies from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.
