SKAGENs valgmøde blev afholdt d. 2. marts 2020. Her er resultaterne.
På valgmødet blev Per Gustav Blom genvalgt med 100 pct. af stemmerne som aktionærvalgt bestyrelsesmedlem for en periode på to år frem til valgmødet 2022.
Trude Stav Haye blev ligeledes med 100 pct. af stemmerne valgt som nyt medlem af valgkomiteen frem til valgmødet i 2023.
